The tenant is entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days prior to the arrival date (Check-in).
If the cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, the amount paid (corresponding to the first month's rent) will NOT be refunded.
If the tenant decides to leave the property before the end of the agreed contract, the days not enjoyed or the monthly payments already paid will not be refunded.
The contract is binding for the agreed duration. Any modification to the duration once the stay has commenced must be discussed and approved by mutual agreement with the property.
Failure to show up on the day of arrival without prior notice will be considered a late cancellation and will result in the total loss of the amount paid and the automatic cancellation of the booking.
In exceptional and duly justified cases of force majeure (according to Spanish legislation), the property may, at its discretion, consider offering a change of dates or a partial/full refund, without this constituting a contractual obligation outside the terms set out herein.
